It's not hard, but there can be a lot to know. What school district are you investing in, what's going on in the neighborhood, are they building a new grocery store down the street, what are the comps for the area, whats the HOA’s, any special assessments, and on and on. You get it; there’s a lot to know when investing and its good to get started the right way.

Just starting to look into investing or more of a pro at this, both are good when you’re planning for your future.
